Waas Campbell Rivera Johnson & Velasquez LLP

Our firm offers a sophisticated Colorado-focused real estate and land use practice with expertise in a variety of transaction types. Our experience includes work for major local and national developers in acquiring, financing, developing, selling and leasing significant projects such as office buildings, mixed-use buildings, condominiums and planned communities. Our expertise also includes the representation of buyers and sellers of high-end luxury homes in Aspen and Colorado’s other resort areas such as Vail, Crested Butte, Telluride and Winter Park.

We practice law with the single purpose of serving our clients’ best interest. Our approach is focused, sophisticated and disciplined, allowing us to have the size and depth to handle all types of complex matters at which we excel, but without the large overhead and inflexible structure of a large law firm.

The key to both successful dispute resolution and real estate transactions is the early identification of strategic goals, and constant attention to the changing contours of the matter as it progresses and moves toward resolution or closing. We recognize that as a matter progresses and circumstances change, our clients’ goals may change as well. But no matter how the matter progresses, it is our job to assure that our clients are never surprised – the risks, costs, and challenges of each course of action are studied, isolated, and addressed in a manner consistent with the goals of the engagement. Strategic foresight saves time and money and maximizes the opportunity for success.
