Dennis Johnson practices in the areas of real estate finance and development, serving as counsel on large, multistate transactions. He represents lenders in syndicated construction and term loans, counseling them in their capacities as administrative agent and co-lender. Dennis also works with lenders in the negotiation of participation agreements.

For more than three decades, Dennis has represented construction and permanent real estate lenders, commercial real estate developers, developers of multifamily and single-family residential projects, and single-family residential builders in an array of real estate finance and development transactions. With a practice that is national in scope, Dennis has effectively guided lenders through loans involving projects in nearly every state in the country.

For more than 25 years, Dennis has represented a national sorority and its housing corporation that owns more than 80 chapters throughout the United States. He provides counsel to them on a variety of real estate-related matters.
